Study of recognition stage of Arvand River and Al-Shaat al-Ahat and Khin in July 1387 by water and electricity organization Khuzestan has been entrusted to Sazarpardazan company and design studies with expert surveys have been conducted by the most experienced experts in river engineering.
In these studies, all the complications and processes of direct observation such as erosion and sedimentation on the coasts of Iran and Iraq and Immersion objects Observation and their impact on river conditions were investigated.
By examining the plan area and the studies, 17 intervals of identification and priority of each interval were also determined and at the end of 2-as immediate priority was determined for organizing studies.
The two ranges from the Arvand River, including Khosro Abad and the range of Abadan refinery, are approximately 2 kilometers long under acute erosion conditions.
These areas of the river, due to the placement of the outer arch to the country, are constantly advancing toward Iran's soil.
