Currently, the path of roads Basra – Maysan is a band and a width of about 7 m2, considering the texture of the region and road passage from the hoor and dense growth of the road, causing traffic and accident and mishaps, and also because one of the ways to communicate with Basra is to Karbala ByAl-Husseini has been known as this road, especially in the event of the arbaeen of a high-level hosseini, therefore the need for the construction of the second band in the length of 14 kilometers is constructed and in the implementation stage.
