Project Description:
The Konjancham plain is located in the north of Mehran City and its distance to center of Illam province is 90 kilometer. The part of project's lands have become reusing. The width of project is 4250 ha. Which had been replaced by the purpose of optimization of main A grade cannel and restoration and B grade cannals with Polyethylene pipes. The area water supply was conducted from the Konjancham boarder river. And is entered the plain and the initial part of main cannel  through Shahid Ale Eshagh diversion dam and one tunnel in the length of 3 kilometer . By executing B grade pipes the saved water volume has been estimated 30million cubic meter per year. In this network by consider to water quality of Konjacham river , have been utilized of surface irrigation with water pipes as low pressure method.
