Project Description:
The Gargar River has been radiating in Shushtar by a section of Karun River.The aim of this design is to provide an appropriate solution for stabilization of the wall of the Garger River in the area of the section to a bridge of Shushtar rivers with length of 800 m.Considering the existence of historical monuments – the ancient paragraph of the amount and bridge of waterfalls and the possibility of constructing a suitable coastal park in the margins of this river, the issue of organizing and its significance is of great importance.
The aim of this study was to provide a suitable method for shore and conservation of Garger River from ward to Waterfall Bridge.In addition to the economic issue, adaptability of design with environment and suitability with traditional-cultural. Finally, during the study of several visits of the study and evaluation of the results of geotechnical tests and considering the implementation of the project costs, the option of protection with geophysical materials (Crib Flex Incomat) was presented as a suitable option and consistent with ancient-traditional space of the region.
