The Karkhe catchment watershed plants are the most significant water resources development plants which play a vital role to increase agriculture produces in region and economy development of Iran. In the north of Hoofel River which is the end of Karkhe river's branches, many lands are existed  proper to cultivating strategic produces which currently are irrigating by traditional methods and utilizing various pumps through Hoofel river
The purpose of executing this plan is renovation irrigation and drainage network in order to progress of government's deprivation policies and employment and economy development of residence . by executing this plan strategic production will be increase
The water supply resource of lands are Karkhe river as centralized and  Hoofel river decentralized . Due to conducted studies the Karkhe River is more guarantor than Hoofel river in order to water supply
