As we know, according to fair Water distribution law, flow waters in the rivers, natural creeks, valleys, and every path else, lakes, wetlands, natural ponds are of subscribers and are provided to the government and according to public benefits are exploited by them and supervision is the responsibility of the government.
Determining the width of riverbed and its riparian in every river, natural creek, water course,every where regard to river's hydrology, creeks and (High Water Mark) in their natural beds regardless of structure and water facilities is responsible for Ministry of Energy, therefore consider of the above law, as well as, usage situation and river margin lands utilization potentially, study and bed limit determination of Atrak river ( Shirin Darreh Dam scope) has been taken into considration. what is more,preparing of the maps, related to Atrak river was assign  to sazabpardazan consulting company
