In this plan , the MIDREX method has been considered in the field of Direct Reduced Iron into sponge iron by utilizing natural gas, which have more advantages because of shortage water and natural gas consumption, more efficiency, less energy utilize, more flexibility in designing and have more merits and it causes to increase construction quality ,exploiting amount of production and decreasing pollutants emission.
EIA studies have been considered in this plan in order to preparing environmental management system frame and environmental monitoring plan by notice to the role and health management instruction, safety and environment.
Producing 800 thousand tones sponge iron annually, by usage MIDREX process as an environmentally friendly steel production technology , which has less environmental impacts by comparison with other methods.
Reusing of scraps iron due to direct reduction process in briquetting machine unit and reduction productive scraps of current units through reusing them to increasing efficiency and preventing environmental pollution
