One of the reasons for the implementation of this project is safe, permanent and non-wasting, on the other hand, the implementation of these projects in the quality and quantity of agricultural products has also improved vision. Also, with the construction of the deviant structure, the river bed is stabilized and the erosion of the river is prevented, because the erosion of the river floor is a danger to a premium bridge that is approximately 700 meters above the band.The project includes: construction of the water intake structure for the dewatering and conduction of waters into the transmission channel construction of water transmission channel with a length of 1200 meters with concrete cover, which later switched to channel with concrete wall and floor, the establishment of emergency spillway in sediment pond adjacent to the coastal wall of the area of approximate 135 0m in order to protect the water transmission channel and prevent damage to the channel due to a favorable river outbreak in autumn and winter, construction of concrete band in the river bed with a length of 150 m in order to stabilize the bed and also lead water to the pond openings.
