The purpose of plan management is Coordinating the necessary coordination of various activities of plans by considering to time and economic limitations and, human force, equipment, material as well as quality supervision and assessment of studies, designing, executive techniques  
The aim of management of the project to create the necessary coordination in the implementation of different activities of the projects due to time constraints, financial, human resources, equipment, materials and also monitoring and quality assessment of work studies, design of executive methods and observing laws and regulations governing the environment. Implementing consulting services  in plan management and supervision to all of  engineering services ( studies, superlative supervision and workshop supervision ) sub network Irrigation and drainage networks of Ardabil Province as well as reports reviewing of water supplying and the main irrigation and drainage networks which are conducted by other consulters . the set of engineering services which this consulter is responsible for in the format of supervision and plan management, are including of:
Coordinating, planning and developing control
