Andimeshk is one of the Khouzestan's Cities that had no sewerage system and city's citizens utilities open channels and leaching pits in order to disposing domestic wastewater which is causing significant problems such as sewage possibility with drinking water wells. Washing and domestic sewage are disposing through open channels and leaching pits and eventually will drain to upstream which is passing next to the city with regard to slope direction.
Due to these reasons sewerage has been designed for the city which is operating currently and is implementing as various contracts

324 kilometer house connections with 160 millimeter p.v.c pipe
241 kilometer lateral sewerage with 200 -500 millimeter polyethylene
33 kilometer main sewerage with polyethylene 500-2000 millimeter interior diameter double wall polyethylene pipe with core tube

Having 39000 connections
