There is no sewerage in Shoush city and its residents utilizing two methods as open cannels and leaching pits in order to collecting domestic wastewater. presently because of Shoush location which is limitated
Between Karkhe and Dez Rivers and Shavoor River pass within that, the groundwater level is up and has less strength of absorbing for disposal sewage which should drain instantly. Due to low depth of wells , several problems have revealed and trigger to interfere sewage with the city's water supply wells. Moreover Washing wastewater and domestic sewage are disposing via open channels of street's margins . eventually it will be drain to the Shavoor river by considering to city's slope direction which cause its pollution to utilities downstream areas. By regard to mentioned reasons , city's sewerage and its transmission to treatment plant, was designed to 25 years and is running.

226 kilometer house connections with P.V.C pipe inside diameter of 160 millimeter
179 kilometer sub sewerage with polyethylene pipes inside diameter of 200-500 millimeter
16 kilometer main sewers (Interceptor) by double wall polyethylene pipe with core tube interior diameter of 500-2000 millimeter
11.5 kilometer polyethylene and cast iron pressurized transmission pipelines of 560-800 millimeter interior diameter
